Add a sidebar in Brizy Cloud similar to WP

By adding a sidebar in Brizy Cloud, we will be able to create magazine layout style, like we can in WordPress. The sidebar should also be global so we can add in advertising and change all adds at one time instead of individual posts.

Add Global Elements - not just horizontal global blocks.

A Global Column/Div would be very useful.

In general - a global elements panel, like for blocks/layouts would be excellent. With tagging and renaming. And instead of a screenshot of the element, at least an icon indicating what kind of element it is. And on what pages it's being used on.
