As of today there are no templates for e-commerce(s) and it’s a huge limit especially now that we have the WooCommerce builder.

You should add a new category and start filling it with new templates for store owners; this would also increase the customers’ base.

ShopeEngine is a great WooCommerce plugin but it works with elementor, it would be great idea if the the Wpmet Community can make partnership with Brizy Community and make the integration with Brizy WP Plugin this well help many people.
