The context toolbar is really hard to work with ever since it moved to be directly above the element being edited. It blocks all content directly above the element and is the single most annoying downgrade to date. It fixed the occasional lost toolbar but this problem is consistent and always problematic everyday. I need to click around the element to see what's behind the toolbar which closes it and makes me start over 2 or 3 times.

The best fix would be to make it fixed at the top of the screen but draggable so we can drag to our preferred spot on screen and scroll behind it. Wherever we leave it should be where it stays the next time we open the builder anywhere in our account.

The next best fix would be to just move it up about an inch so we can see what we are doing.
