Control child elements when hovering over a parent element

The thought would be if we "Hover" over a column, we could easily apply changes to the child elements within that column while hovering. For instance, if we have a column that has an Icon and some text, when we select the HOVER option on the column, we can change the color of the background (already available), but then we could also select and change the color of the icons and the text within the column as well. This would allow for more rapid site creation without the need to write custom CSS. When we do write custom CSS it doesn't always work properly, because of all the nested divs and wonky Brizy Classes.

We'll take this into consideration, but it doesn't look like there's an easy way to implement it currently
