As a Brizy white label reseller, I risk losing client trust and receiving negative reviews when core features (like the AI website builder or site generation) suddenly stop working without any warning.
I suggest Brizy implements automatic email notifications to all white label partners whenever a critical issue arises, so we can:
Inform our clients proactively
Pause promotions or onboarding temporarily
Prevent damage to our brand reputation (e.g. on Trustpilot)
Maintain trust and transparency in our service
Learning about outages from frustrated clients is unacceptable. This is a simple but essential improvement that will strengthen Brizy’s partner ecosystem and reduce support workload on both ends.
