A welcomed addition to the Form Element would be an option to allow a number and variety of file formats to be uploaded/attached to a message being sent by a user -- images are often easier to communicate an idea or troubleshoot an issue then trying to explain something with words. And often, being able to attach a file is a quick way for the receiver to get expected files from a user.
