Remove lists/bullets from the text element and create a dedicated element. For the bullets, not only icons, but also custom images/icons can be uploaded.

Options should include indent, spacing between bullet and text, and possible sub-level bulleting.

the list elements should have styling options in css e.g. margins, padding, bullet type, bullet colour ... and use this semantic element instead of the decorated list elements which arent list in brizy currently
