YES. There's always the rubbish excuse about data, or people not wanting this - that should be our decision. This argument has been going on for years and it's just silly.

Until that happens, stick this in the block's Custom CSS to overrule this daft limitation - and your video will work on mobiles - far too much nannying going on :)

Not all mobile devices support autoplay video background, although it's recently supported by the major mobile devices (recent versions of iOS and Android). Also, many users are not happy when you start a video streaming that consumes the monthly traffic or device battery for a visual background effect, as this is regarded as not the best practice in web development. But we can allow this as an option for those who really need.
