Currently, when an element links to a block, the page smoothly scrolls to that block. However, if there's a fixed or sticky menu, the top of the scrolled-to block (generally the title) might be hidden behind that menu.

It would be great if you adjust the behavior of the scroll feature to consider the height of the header block or menu when scrolling to a block, so all the content is visible.
